ENROLMENT

Students must provide documentary evidence of English language proficiency to the minimum level indicated (or equivalent as determined by ICTE-UQ) before acceptance into the following courses. Click on Online Forms to submit either an online form or fax form to ICTE-UQ. For more information on each of the programs click on the brochure information below:

As the length of the programs is usually 4-6 weeks, it is not necessary for international participants to apply for a student visa. Local Australian Embassies or Consulates should be approached to determine the most appropriate visa. Individual participants enrolling for programs should send a completed enrolments form, relevant documentation and full tuition payment to ICTE-UQ. Confirmation of enrolment in the course is normally provided within one week.

For group programs involving international participants a letter of support can be provided if required to assist with the relevant visa application.

In order to ensure the quality of the course is maintained, the number of participants entering courses will be limited to 12-16 per class and a maximum of 18 in any one class.

Health & Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the international participant and should be arranged in their home country prior to departure.
