APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Apply to the Department of Immigration & Citizenship for a Skilled Graduate (485) Visa

Step 2: Submit the following application documents to ICTE-UQ:

• completed PYP application form (download form)
• completed Australian Internships terms and conditions (download form)
• completed internship statement of objectives (download a template)
• a copy of your current CV and cover letter (download sample)
• certified copies of your academic qualifications
• evidence of English language proficiency
• photocopy of the photo page of your passport
• evidence of current visa status or copy of 485 visa application
• 2 passport photographs

You will also need to include a non-refundable application fee of AUD$700 with your application. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Money Order/Cheque or EFTPOS/Cash. EFTPOS and Cash payments are payable in person at ICTE-UQ Reception only. Please do not post cash.

Step 3: Your application and supporting documents will be assessed by ICTE-UQ. Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer.

Step 4: Complete application interviews with ICTE-UQ and Australian Internships.

Step 5: Receive Program Acceptance letter outlining all remaining program fees.

Step 6: Pay remainder of fees due.

Step 7: Receive Confirmation of Enrolment letter.
