ENROLMENT is open to all adults (18 years and above); no special qualifications are necessary.

PAYMENT
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit of $25 is due at the time of enrolment. If you have only paid a deposit, the balance is due one month before the course starts. Enrolments will be accepted until courses fill or start.

CONCESSION
Those applying for concessions must quote their student number or Social Security number when enrolling. Unless stated otherwise, a 20% concession is available for all pensioners, full-time students and people receiving unemployment benefits. UQ Staff members are also eligible for a 20% discount. There is no concession for some courses as stated in the brochure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A refund of fees will only be made when an enrolment is cancelled in writing on Form P3.31 Notice of Cancellation and Refund at least 5 business days before course commencement date. An administrative charge of $25.00 will be deducted. Fees may be credited (held on file) or transferred to other courses if an enrolment is cancelled in writing before or within five business days of course commencement date. No negotiation will be entered into.

Refunds/credits/transfers for cancellations made outside of these timeframes for medical/compassionate reasons will be decided on a case-by-case basis and will require appropriate documentation (medical certificate copy, letter from participant). All fee refunds, credits and transfers may be subject to approval by the Deputy Director Administration.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT:
A confi rmation of enrolment, receipt and information about the course venue will be posted. All courses will be held on the St Lucia campus, unless stated otherwise.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
(For Personal and Professional Education courses). Available in the last class.

COURSES FILL FAST:
The course that interests you may not be held for some time. By the time it comes up, you may have forgotten about it or the course may be full. To avoid this, enrol now by paying a $25 deposit (non refundable) to secure your place. You will be sent a receipt letter detailing when the rest of the fees are due and a reminder notice closer to the commencement date.

PRIVACY POLICY:
The Institute of Continuing and TESOL Education of the University of Queensland (ICTE-UQ) collects the information on this form the purposes of administration and mailing only. This information will not be used for any other purposes, nor will it be supplied to parties outside UQ.
