PAYMENT
Full payment is due at the time of enrolment. Enrolments will be accepted until courses fill or start.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A refund of fees will only be made when an enrolment is cancelled in writing at least 10 business days before course commencement date. An administrative charge of $25.00 will be deducted. Fees may be transferred to other courses if an enrolment is cancelled in writing before 10 business days of course commencement date. No negotiation will be entered into. Refunds/transfers for cancellations made outside of these timeframes for medical/compassionate reasons will be decided on a case-by-case basis and will require appropriate documentation (medical certificate).
All fee refunds and transfers may be subject to approval by the Deputy Director Administration.
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT:
A confirmation of enrolment, receipt and information about the course venue will be posted. All courses will be held on the St Lucia campus, unless stated otherwise.
STATEMENT OF ATTENDANCE:
A UQ Statement of Attendance will be provided to all participants in the last class of a course.
PRIVACY POLICY:
The Institute of Continuing & TESOL Education of the University of Queensland (ICTE-UQ) collects the information on this form for the purposes of administration and mailing only. This information will not be used for any other purposes, nor will it be supplied to parties outside UQ.
